We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address or were inputted incorrectly. Please make sure that your address and mailing information is correct.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare instance that you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us and we will ship you a new one at no charge.

WHERE DO I PUT MY DISCOUNT CODE

Go to your CART and press CHECKOUT. When you arrive at the CHECKOUT page there should be a place for you to enter your code called DISCOUNT (desktop) on mobile click "Show Order Summary" and enter your code into DISCOUNT. 

DOWNLOADS:

WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?

After you complete the checkout process there should be a link for you to start your download. If you already exited out, no worries, you should be getting an email from our partner SENDOWL that contains your download link.

ALBUMS & DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS:

I CAN'T FIND THE ALBUM I'M LOOKING FOR...

If you can't find a certain album on our web store we probably do not sell it. You can usually find someone selling it privately through Amazon or Ebay. A quick search can turn up some great results. You can also post in our Facebook Group "The Maranatha Archives" which we've started to help connect people with other people searching for those long lost albums, cassettes, sheet music and more!

DO YOU OFFER SPLIT TRAX OR ACCOMPANIMENT TRACKS FOR YOUR ALBUMS...

Unfortunately we do not offer those at this time.

We do not carry Psalty products but you can purchase them at psalty.com

COPYRIGHTING & LICENSING:

If you are looking to get permission to copy, play, record, perform or anything in between please contact our friends over at musicservices.org or ccli.com 

At this moment we do not handle the licensing, permissions and copyright for our songs, but they should be able to assist you in any permissions you are looking for. 

CAN YOU TRANSFER A VINYL OR CASSETTE TO MP3 OR AN AUDIO CD...

We do not offer those services, but luckily there are companies and resources for you to be able to transfer your worn out cassettes and vinyls onto your computer! We did a quick Google Search "How to Convert Your Vinyl (or Cassettes) to MP3" and found there are solutions for every kind of budget! 

CAN I BURN OR DUPLICATE  AN AUDIO CD...

If you legally purchase an album of ours you are allowed to duplicate it for PERSONAL use. For example to create a backup in case you lose it. You MAY NOT duplicate an album for another person or for your personal gain.

CAN I COPY SHEET MUSIC OR SONGBOOKS FOR MY CHURCH...

No. If you are purchasing songbooks or sheet music through our store you are legally not able to duplicate them for resale or to share. Your purchase covers 1 license. (Ex. If you need 10 copies of a songbook/sheet music you must purchase 10 copies.) Again, if you legally purchase the sheet music you may duplicate 1 COPY for PERSONAL/BACKUP use.
